Palworld has no paid DLC, and half the internet says otherwise

<![CDATA[A correction worth making, because I shipped this error myself and had to go clean it up.

Sakurajima, Feybreak and Tides of Terraria are free updates. Not DLC. Not a season pass. Pocketpair has never sold a content expansion for Palworld — the only paid item on the Steam listing is the soundtrack.

I mention it because a fair number of sites, mine included until recently, carried a pricing table listing all three as $9.99 purchases plus a $24.99 bundle that does not exist, and told Game Pass subscribers they needed to buy it. None of that was ever true. Two of the three release dates were wrong as well.

Nobody set out to invent it. Free content updates in this genre usually are paid, the pattern is so common that the assumption writes itself, and once a number is in a table it stops looking like a claim and starts looking like data. The only defence I have found is a rule: nothing on a pricing page ships a number that was not read off the store page that day. Pricing is not derivable from anything else you hold, so there is nothing internal to check it against — which is exactly why an invented table can sit there for months.

If you are picking the game up: buy the base game, get everything. The content is at pindrop.gg/palworld — map, breeding, stats, all free.

#palworld #gaming]]>

What a peptide dose log should capture

<![CDATA[A dose log stays useful over months when it records four things rather than one.

Reconstitution. A vial's labeled strength is not a dose. Add the diluent, divide the total mass
by the volume of water, and you have mg per mL. From there a dose in mL, and in insulin units,
follows. Writing that ratio down at the moment you mix prevents most errors.

Titration as a history. Most protocols step up on a schedule. The useful record is the step
history - what dose, for how long, and what happened - not just today's number.

Site rotation. Rotating injection sites is easy to lose track of after several weeks.

Expiry after puncture. Worth recording next to the reconstitution ratio, since both start on
the same day.

Nothing here is medical advice; dosing decisions belong with your prescriber.
]]>
